Pro Dyslexic Ltd – Terms of Service

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of all services provided by Pro Dyslexic Ltd (“Pro Dyslexic”, “we”, “us” or “our”). By engaging our services or visiting www.prodyslexic.com (the “Site”) you agree to be bound by these Terms and by our Privacy, Cookies, and Accessibility Policies. If you do not accept these Terms, please do not use our services.
1. Acceptance of Terms
Accessing, booking, or paying for any Pro Dyslexic service confirms that you:

have read and understood these Terms;

are at least 18 years old or have permission from a parent/guardian; and

agree to comply with all applicable laws and regulations.
2. Services we provide
We currently offer (but are not limited to) the following support for individuals, teams, and employers:

Services may be updated or expanded at any time; any new service will also be governed by these Terms.
3. Your responsibilities
You agree to:

Provide accurate, current information when booking or during sessions.

attend agreed appointments on time (see Section 9 for cancellations);

act respectfully towards our staff and other clients; and
-
Acknowledge that outcomes depend on your own effort and circumstances.
Recommendations we provide are advisory; we cannot guarantee specific results such as securing employment or measurable productivity increases.
4. Fees and payment

Up‑front pricing — all fees are quoted in pounds sterling (GBP) before you book or purchase.

Payment methods — we accept debit/credit card, bank transfer, or any payment facility shown at checkout.

Money‑back promise

One‑to‑one services – if you feel the first coaching, CV, or presentation session did not add value, email us within 24 hours and we will refund that session fee in full.

Support Hub subscriptions – 14‑day cooling‑off period: cancel within 14 days of first payment for a full refund. Ongoing monthly fees may be cancelled any time before the next billing date.

Workshops – if you believe the session failed to meet the agreed objectives, tell us in writing by the next working day. We will offer either a free repeat session or a 100 % refund of the workshop fee.

Except for the money‑back promise above (and statutory rights), fees are otherwise non‑refundable and payable in advance.
5. No guarantee of results
We strive to deliver high‑quality support and measurable value, yet individual circumstances vary. Pro Dyslexic Ltd, therefore, makes no warranties or guarantees concerning specific employment outcomes, promotions, or financial gains.
6. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Pro Dyslexic Ltd, its directors, employees, or agents shall not be liable for any indirect, consequential, or incidental losses (including loss of income, contracts, data, goodwill, or opportunity) arising from the use of our services. Our total aggregate liability in any 12‑month period shall not exceed the fees you paid to us for the service in question.
7. Intellectual property
All training materials, templates, slide decks, and other resources we create remain the property of Pro Dyslexic Ltd unless expressly transferred in writing. You receive a personal, non‑transferable licence to use such materials for your own professional development or internal organisational use. You may not resell, distribute, or publicly display them without prior written consent.
8. Confidentiality
We treat all personal and business information shared with us as confidential. We will not disclose your data to third parties except:

Where required by law;

With your explicit consent, or
-
to trusted subcontractors who assist us in delivering services (and who are bound by confidentiality obligations).
9. Money‑back, cancellation & reschedule policy
Service: Free cancellation / reschedule, Money-back window
One‑to‑one coaching, CV, interview or presentation sessions≥ 24 hours’ notice. Full refund of the first session if you notify us within 24 hours of that session.
Support Hub subscription. Cancel any time; service continues until the current period ends. 14-day cooling‑off period from the first payment for a full refund. No refund for subsequent months already delivered.
Live workshops/group sessions≥ 48 hours’ notice for full refund or transfer. If objectives are unmet, a written claim by the next working day for a 100 % fee return or a free repeat.
Digital downloads / templatesN/A once accessed. Non-refundable unless the file is defective (we then replace or refund).
No‑shows or late cancellations (less than the notice periods above) are chargeable in full unless otherwise agreed in writing.
10. Termination
We may suspend or terminate services immediately if you breach these Terms or behave in a manner that compromises the experience or safety of others. No refunds will be issued for services terminated due to your misconduct.
11. Amendments
We may amend these Terms at any time. Material changes will be highlighted on the Site or via email. Your continued use of our services after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
12. Governing law & dispute resolution
These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any dispute not resolved amicably within 30 days shall be referred to arbitration under the Arbitration Act 1996; the seat of arbitration shall be England.
